Payment Policy

1. Booking and Payment:
– A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total tour package or visa service cost is required to confirm the booking.
– Full payment must be made 14 days prior to the departure date for tour packages and 10 days prior to the visa application submission for visa services.

2. Payment Methods:
– We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and online payment gateway [e.g., Phone pay and UPI].
– Cash payments are accepted at our office locations.

3. Currency:
– All prices are quoted and payable in INR.
– Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final amount due.

4. Late Payments:
– Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.
– A late payment fee of 5 -10 % may be applied to overdue amounts.

5. Cancellations and Refunds:
– Cancellations made 10-12 days prior to the departure date for tour packages or before the visa application process for visa services will incur a cancellation fee of 15 – 20 % of the total package or service cost.
– No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 04 days before the departure date or after the visa application process has commenced.
– Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 workinig days after receiving a written cancellation request.

6. Amendments:
– Changes to the booking, including but not limited to travel dates, destinations, and number of participants, may incur additional charges.
– Amendments must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and approval by our team.

7. Visa Services:
– Visa service fees are non-refundable once the visa application process has commenced.
– Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and documents required for visa processing.
– Delays or denials in visa issuance due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client are not the responsibility of Hama Tourism.

8. Liability:
– Hama Tourism is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the tour or visa application process.
– Clients are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

9. Data Protection:
– Personal and payment information provided by clients will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except for the purpose of visa processing and tour arrangements.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
– These payment terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of High Court Lucknow.
