Terms and Conditions for Tour Packages and Visa Services

1. Booking and Confirmation:
– All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Hama Tourism.
– Upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit, a booking confirmation will be sent to the client via email or other agreed-upon communication methods.

2. Travel Documents:
– Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents required for their destination(s).
– Hama Tourism will assist with visa applications but does not guarantee the issuance of visas and is not responsible for delays or denials by consulates or immigration authorities.

3. Price and Inclusions:
– Prices quoted for tour packages and visa services are subject to change without prior notice.
– Unless otherwise stated, the prices include transportation, accommodation, meals, and activities as specified in the itinerary.

4. Changes and Cancellations by Hama Tourism
-Hama Tourism reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or safety concerns.
– In the event of a cancellation by Hama Tourism, clients will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund of the amount paid.

5. Client Responsibilities:
– Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards other participants, tour guides, and local communities.
– Clients are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings loss or damage.

6. Health and Safety:
– It is the client’s responsibility to consult a healthcare provider for advice on vaccinations and other health precautions required for travel.
– Hama Tourism is not liable for any health-related issues, accidents, or injuries that may occur during the tour.

7. Liability:
– Hama Tourism acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).
– Hama Tourism is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the tour or visa application process, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary.

8. Complaints and Disputes:
– Any complaints or disputes regarding the tour or visa services must be reported to Hama Tourism in writing within 24 Hours after the completion of the tour or visa application process.
– Hama Tourism will make every effort to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner.

9. Data Protection:
– Personal and payment information provided by clients will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except for the purpose of visa processing and tour arrangements.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
– These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of High Court Lucknow.
