  • “Services” includes travel bookings, visa services, air ticketing, hotel reservations, transportation, and related services provided by Hama Tourism. 
  • “Third-party Service Providers” refers to airlines, hotels, transport companies, insurance providers, and other partners that collaborate with us to deliver services. 

3. Booking and Payments 

3.1 Booking Process 

  • Customers can book our services through our official website, via phone, email, or by visiting our office. 
  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or the required deposit and issuance of a confirmation email. 
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all booking details, including travel dates, names, and passport information, are accurate at the time of booking. Hama Tourism is not responsible for errors made by the customer. 

3.2 Payment Terms 

  • Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other authorized payment platforms. 
  • Some bookings require full payment upfront, while others may be eligible for installment-based payment plans. 
  • All prices are quoted in the relevant currency, and any exchange rate fluctuations may impact the final amount payable. 
  • Failure to complete payment within the stipulated deadline may result in booking cancellation without prior notice. 

3.3 Pricing and Charges 

  • All prices displayed on our website or provided by our representatives are subject to change without prior notice due to external factors such as airline fare adjustments, government-imposed taxes, or supplier pricing updates. 
  • Additional charges may apply for special requests, modifications, and extra services, such as seat selection, additional baggage, or priority check-in. 
  • Certain promotional offers or discounted rates may have additional restrictions, including non-refundable deposits or limited change policies. 

4. Cancellation, Refunds, and Changes

4.1 Cancellation Policy 

  • Customers must submit cancellation requests in writing via email or through their booking portal. 
  • Cancellation fees apply based on the package-specific policy and supplier conditions. 
  • In some cases, bookings are fully non-refundable or subject to high cancellation penalties imposed by airlines, hotels, or other service providers. 

4.2 Refund Policy 

  • Refund eligibility depends on the terms of the specific service booked and the supplier’s refund policy. 
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 30 business days. 
  • Any bank or transaction fees incurred during payment processing will not be refunded. 

4.3 Changes and Modifications 

  • Customers can request modifications to their bookings, such as date changes or upgraded services, subject to availability. 
  • Some modifications may require additional fees or fare differences. 
  • Hama Tourism reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or third-party service provider disruptions. 

5. Travel Documents and Requirements 

  • Customers are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, permits, and any other required travel documents. 
  • Visa assistance is provided by Hama Tourism; however, we do not guarantee visa approval. 
  • Customers must ensure they comply with health and safety regulations, including vaccinations, COVID-19 travel guidelines, and any additional requirements imposed by destination authorities. 
  • Any fines, penalties, or losses due to incomplete or invalid documentation will be the responsibility of the traveler. 

6. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and other unexpected incidents. 
  • Hama Tourism is not responsible for any costs incurred due to a lack of travel insurance. 

7. Liability and Limitations 

  • Hama Tourism acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, and tour operators. We are not liable for any service disruptions caused by third parties. 
  • We are not responsible for force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions, that impact travel plans. 
  • Any claims for damages or service complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of travel completion. 

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete personal information when booking a service. 
  • Customers are responsible for complying with the rules and regulations of their travel destinations. 
  • Any misconduct, illegal activity, or violation of local laws during travel is solely the customer’s responsibility. 
  • Customers must report any issues or discrepancies in their bookings immediately to Hama Tourism for resolution. 

9. Intellectual Property 

  • All content on the Hama Tourism website, including text, images, logos, videos, and branding materials, is the intellectual property of Hama Tourism. 
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. 

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Customers are encouraged to contact our support team to resolve any disputes amicably before pursuing legal action. 
  • In case of unresolved disputes, the matter will be governed by the laws of High Court in Lucknow Uttar Pradesh. 
  • Any legal proceedings must be filed within the jurisdiction of our registered business location.

  • Hama Tourism reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 
  • Any significant changes will be communicated via our website or directly to customers via email.
