Payment Policy

1. Introduction

At Hama Tourism, we are committed to providing our clients with seamless and reliable travel experiences. To ensure a smooth transaction process, we have established this Payment Policy outlining the terms and conditions associated with payments for our services, including tour packages, visa processing, air ticketing, and other travel arrangements. By making a payment to Hama Tourism, you agree to comply with the terms stated herein. 

2. Payment Methods

To facilitate easy and secure transactions, Hama Tourism accepts the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfers: We accept both domestic and international wire transfers. Customers must ensure that bank charges, if any, are covered to avoid discrepancies in the received amount. 
  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Additional processing fees may apply depending on the card provider. 
  • Online Payment Gateways: Payments can be made through trusted platforms such as UPI, PayPal, Razorpay, and other secure online payment solutions. 
  • Cash Payments: Cash payments are accepted only for in-person transactions at our official office. Clients making cash payments should collect an official receipt for reference. 
  • Cheque Payments: Cheque payments are accepted for corporate clients only, and bookings will be confirmed once the cheque is cleared. 

3. Payment Terms

To ensure timely processing of bookings and services, customers must adhere to the following payment terms: 

  • Booking Confirmation: 
  • A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm a booking. 
  • This advance payment allows us to secure hotel accommodations, airline tickets, and other services. 
  • Final Payment: 
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to departure. 
  • Failure to make the final payment on time may result in booking cancellations. 
  • Last-Minute Bookings: 
  • For bookings made within 7 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of booking. 
  • Subject to availability and additional expedited processing charges. 
  • Customized and Luxury Packages: 
  • Specially curated packages may require different payment terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking. 
  • Some luxury services may require 100% advance payment at the time of confirmation. 

4. Pricing and Currency Exchange

  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. 
  • The prices of tour packages and services are subject to fluctuations based on currency exchange rates, airline fare adjustments, seasonal surcharges, and other external factors. 
  • If a price change occurs after the initial deposit, customers will be informed and given the option to continue or cancel the booking with applicable refund terms. 

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Cancellation by the Customer 

If a customer wishes to cancel their booking, the following refund structure applies: 

  • More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund (excluding non-refundable service charges such as visa fees, flight cancellation charges, and administrative costs). 
  • 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost. 
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be issued. 

5.2 Cancellation by Hama Tourism 

  • If Hama Tourism cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or operational issues, a full refund will be processed, or an alternative travel arrangement will be offered. 
  • If cancellation occurs due to customer-provided incorrect documentation or non-compliance with visa policies, standard cancellation charges will apply. 

5.3 Refund Processing 

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7-14 business days after receiving a written cancellation request. 
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the booking. 
  • Some payments (such as visa fees, airline tickets, and hotel pre-bookings) may be non-refundable and will be clearly mentioned during the booking process. 

6. Payment Security and Privacy

  • All online transactions are processed through highly secure encrypted payment gateways to protect customer information. 
  • Hama Tourism does not store sensitive payment details, such as credit/debit card numbers, in compliance with international security standards. 
  • Customers are encouraged to verify their payment confirmations and report any unauthorized transactions immediately. 

7. Late Payments & Penalties

  • Failure to complete payment by the specified due date may result in the automatic cancellation of services without prior notice. 
  • In cases where partial payments are made, any unpaid balance will attract a late fee of 2% per day until the full payment is received. 
  • If a customer consistently fails to make payments, Hama Tourism reserves the right to refuse future bookings. 

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes related to payments must be reported to our customer support team within 7 days of the transaction. 
  • Disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws and industry standards. 
  • If a resolution cannot be reached amicably, legal action may be pursued in the jurisdiction of Lucknow Uttar Pradesh, India. 

9. Corporate & Group Bookings 

  • Corporate clients and group travelers may be eligible for customized payment plans and bulk booking discounts. 
  • A separate agreement will be drawn up for bulk bookings, detailing deposit amounts, deadlines, and cancellation policies.
